Lenny Silver Art is a creative outlet for artist, Amanda McLennan. This is not a full-time job. If there are any issues, please email LennySilverArt@gmail.com and allow 2-3 business days for a response. Please do not use Instagram Messages or other forms of communication as it may get easily lost. Policies in place are to ensure happy customers and a happy artist.

1. Jewelry pieces are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges. It is the purchasers responsibility to read the item description and email any questions before purchasing. Additional photos and videos of pieces are often featured on Instagram @Lenny_Silver_Art

2. Shipping to USA only via USPS. Lenny Silver/Amanda McLennan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact me if you would like to add additional insurance or a signature to any order to prevent loss! Email LennySilverArt@gmail.com. Additional charges will apply to the customer.

3. Jewelry is made of high-quality materials and polished before shipping. Sterling Silver will patina and tarnish over time. This is a natural chemical process. To shine, wash your piece in warm water with a few drops of mild soap. Dry with a polishing cloth. Keep jewelry away from perfumes, lotions, chlorine, saltwater, and other harsh chemicals. Turquoise and opals are very soft stones and should be handled with care. Soft stones may also turn color over time. Avoid storing in direct sunlight. Remember: All sales final. No returns or repairs.

4. No custom orders.

5. Lenny Silver pieces are considered works of ART and should be cared for accordingly. These pieces are intended for special occasions. Wearing these pieces every day can increase the possibility of stones breaking or chipping. Opening and closing bracelet shanks repeatedly weakens the metal and increases risk of breaking. Although I stand behind my craftsmanship and quality of work, accidents or damage may still occur. Purchaser and wearer assume responsibility of Lenny Silver Art pieces.
